1. Subscriptions (Monthly & Annual)
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your license remains active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
2. Lifetime Licenses
Refund requests for lifetime licenses are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact [email protected] with your license key and reason for the request.
3. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer will result in immediate revocation of your license. If you're having an issue with a charge, please contact us first — we can resolve most concerns faster than the dispute process.
4. How to Cancel
Go to vadya.app/account and enter your license key. You'll be redirected to the billing portal where you can cancel your subscription and manage payment details.
